About the Goethe-Zertifikat Exam
The Goethe-Zertifikat is an internationally recognised German proficiency test. It corresponds to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and ranges from A1 for beginners to C2 for near-native students. The Zertifikat Deutsch tests for a level of ability equivalent to level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale and has been renamed as the Goethe-Zertifikat B1. This exam is held up to five times a year by the Goethe-Institut Singapur and is useful for students hoping to study in Germany or adults going to work in Germany.

Class Details
Non-ASE students must undergo a placement test before they can be admitted to the course. This is so that the teacher has a good gauge of the student’s ability and can tailor the course to better suit the student.
Class size
To maximise teacher-student interaction, we keep our class sizes small at 2–5 students per class. Participants can also opt for private, individual classes, which allows flexibility in class days and timing. Learn at your own pace, our goal is to facilitate that learning!
